We are excited to mentor and teach students who are eager to learn more about software development and grow into professionals.

We are now looking for interns to join our team in the spring of 2025 with a possible start already in January. Most of our trainee and internship opportunities are within software development, but occasionally it can also be something else.

How to be part of our team?

Tell us a bit more about yourself, we want to get to know you. What are you interested in? What would you like to learn? What do you know about Drupal from before? When would you like to start? If you have a GitHub profile or some hobby projects, let us know about those too.

We then try to match your interests and schedule with our current needs and situation.

What to include in the application?

For starters, a CV where we can see what you have been studying and what kind of work experience you might have. A good CV has a short introduction about you as a person (main skills and personality traits) as well as highlights your professional experience. Since experience can be gained through formal education, work experience or just your own hobbies and interests, we hope you mention all information that is relevant.

Secondly, a cover letter or an informal message where you tell us more about yourself. Although we ask a couple of questions in the application form (what you would like to learn and when you would like to start), a good bonus would be to tell us a bit more about yourself. Who are you as a person, what kind of technical and soft skills do you have? What do you hope to do in the future? And how would this internship possibility take you closer to your goal or future plans?

Thirdly, a Transcript of Records to show us what kinds of relevant courses you have taken during your studies. This it is not necessary if you are part of the fullstack development program 2024 at BCH or part of REACT24K.

Practical details

The internship takes place at our office in Pasila, Helsinki. Ocassionally it is also possible to work remotely, but for you to get the most out of it, we recommend working on-site. We would hope for you to be able to start already in January but we can be flexible with the starting dates. The internship could last from 3-5 months, depending on your situation. We might be able to offer you a job after the internship, but it also depends on our project situation so we can't make any promises at this stage.
