Joni has been working at Druid since 2020. He started as a trainee and really appreciates that "here you get to do real work from the start, which is pretty meaningful". Joni is now working as a software developer in our maintenance team which he enjoys. "Every day is different and I get to expand my knowledge and skills since the work itself is so wide-ranging, from customer communications to problem solving", he describes.
About work: "The best part about working at Druid is definitely that we are such a developer oriented house. The company was created by developers for developers and it really shows. We have a low hierarchy and even though we have a CEO and CTO, everything happens openly and everyone has the opportunity to influence how we operate and where we are going as a company", says Joni.
Life outside of work: Board games and music. Joni enjoys playing strategic board games like chess and GO, where you really have to think. In addition, he plays the guitar, piano, and bass, and he also likes to sing.
