Life at Druid
We believe that putting our people at the heart of the company makes everyone feel at ease, committed and motivated. As we constantly want to learn and evolve, we are not afraid to make mistakes: they happen and we learn from them. Every person's individual progress is seen as progress for the company as a whole. Together we can succeed.
Freedom and flexibility? Of course. Our company culture is based on Teal philosophy. We have taken self-organization, autonomy and transparency to the next level. We don't have a separate management, we are self-managed – the decision making responsibilities are shared and trust is placed in employees' individual and collective intelligence. Our people are encouraged to develop themselves not only as professionals, but also as human beings.
Remote work? For sure, you can work basically from anywhere in Finland, but there is a home base in Pasila, Helsinki for every Druid.
Learning and development? Well it's up to you. What do you want to learn? How would you like to learn it? We will find a way to support you in this as well.
